Job Details What You’ll Do Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer tax planning. Handle trust administration and estate settlement matters. Work directly with high‑net‑worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners. Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals on complex planning strategies. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience focused on estate planning and related matters. Strong drafting skills and deep understanding of trust and estate concepts. Experience working directly with clients and managing matters independently. Licensed and in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction. Detail‑oriented, thoughtful, and client‑service driven.
