Attorney

Brisbee & Stockton is seeking a skilled litigation attorney with 4+ years of progressively responsible experience to join our Hillsboro-based team.

· *What we do:* We represent clients who often face significant risk and need timely, attentive, and precise legal support. Our practice includes litigation matters involving medical and other licensed professionals, government entities, property owners, liability insurers, and privately retained clients.

· *What you will do: * You will handle litigation responsibilities based on your aptitude and experience, including case intake, factual investigation, written evaluations and reports, discovery, depositions, expert retention, mediations, arbitrations, motion practice, trials, and appeals. Excellent writing and oral skills are required.
