About the Role:

Join our passionate team at Montebello Children's Dentistry as a Pediatric Dental Assistant! In this role, you will help create a positive and engaging dental experience for children while supporting our dedicated dental professionals. If you love working with kids and want to make a difference in their dental health, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures and examinations.

Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.

Educate children and their parents on proper dental hygiene practices.

Manage patient records .

Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Provide compassionate support to children to ease their dental anxiety.

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and reorder as necessary.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; dental assistant certification preferred.

Experience in pediatric dentistry or dental assisting is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor with children.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and sterilization techniques.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Positive attitude and a passion for helping children.

Dental software knowledge Eaglesoft and Digital Xray Nomad
