Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Services Analyst to support billing operations for a respected insurance organization. In this role, you will manage billing inquiries, support software users, and ensure a high level of service to agents, insureds, and internal teams. This position offers a hybrid work schedule after six months of training and strong potential for long-term career growth. If you're organized, analytical, and committed to service excellence, this is the role for you. Responsibilities:

* Respond to agent and insured billing inquiries and process electronic payments and account setups * Provide technical support for billing and policy servicing systems * Answer underwriting questions related to commercial auto and property policies * Act as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field required * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
