Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and present customized insurance proposals that align with client objectives.
Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products to enhance client coverage.
Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up activities using our CRM system.
Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with clients through exceptional service.
Stay informed about new insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Requirements
Must possess an active Arizona Property Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
A genuine passion for helping others and building lasting relationships.
Comfortable utilizing various sales and CRM technologies.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve goals.
