Assembly Worker
Job Summary:
Join a dynamic team in Normal, IL as an Assembly Worker for a leading light industrial company. In this hands-on role, you'll be assembling control panels and related components, contributing to the production of essential products. If you have experience in assembling, great attention to detail, and are ready for a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, this opportunity is perfect for you! Job Specifications:

• Location: Normal, IL
• Pay Rate: $19/hr
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assemble control panels and various items using small hand tools
• Reference guides and wire schedules for accurate assembly
• Identify and distinguish between color-coded components
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Adhere to dress code: pants and a t-shirt or polo with steel toe shoes (PPE required)
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production targets

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous assembly or related experience preferred
• Ability to recognize and distinguish colors accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small hand tools
• Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted
