- Perform precision PCB soldering and board-level rework, including removal and replacement of SMT and through-hole components, inspection of solder joints, and repair of board-level defects.
- Candidates should have strong hands-on soldering skills.
- Experience working under a microscope, and the ability to follow rework instructions, quality requirements, and ESD practices.
