Provides direct clinical nutrition care following established guidelines

Documents and updates all pertinent patient data

Develops and recommends therapeutic diets tailored to patient needs

Collaborates in multi?disciplinary care and serves as resource for clinical and allied staff

Precepts dietetic interns and students, contributing to their growth

Participates in Performance Improvement initiatives and maintains departmental records

Adheres to HACCP and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations

Registered Dietitian credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration

Certified as a Dietitian by the State of Indiana

Active RD credential with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

State licensure required

Training or certification in HACCP or clinical sanitation standards preferred

Strong clinical nutrition assessment and planning abilities

Excellent communicator with skill in patient and interdisciplinary education

Detail-oriented documentation and analytical mindset

Comfortable mentoring trainees in a clinical environment

Collaborative spirit, eager to engage in team-based performance goals

Flexible: two or three 8?hour daytime shifts per week
