Join Our Team: Dental Front Office/Receptionist Wanted!
Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual with a passion for helping others? Our dental office is looking for a Dental Front Office/Receptionist to be the face of our practice!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records and manage office paperwork
- Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in computer systems and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A warm and welcoming attitude
