Join our team as a Warehouse Worker where you will actively engage in a dynamic warehouse environment, using your hands continuously throughout the day. Your role will involve disassembling electronics using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers. You will also be responsible for computer and data entry tasks, utilizing a proprietary internal system and Microsoft Excel for inventory management.

• Disassemble computer components, outdated or damaged server racks, and memory banks.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 40 lbs throughout the day.
• Utilize basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, drills, and hammers.
• Perform computer and data entry tasks using a proprietary system and Microsoft Excel.
• Rotate through several departments within the warehouse, adapting to varying tasks.
• Ensure safety by wearing steel toe or composite boots at all times on site.

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to follow written directions.
• Capability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Skill in using hand tools.
• Wearing steel toe or composite boots is mandatory.

• Experience in inventory management.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, packing, picking, and material handling.
• Experience in unloading tasks.

Become a part of a large and growing warehouse team in a very clean, air-conditioned environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in either the warehousing or IT/datacenter space, with potential for cross-training in various departments.

Work in a warehouse located in Front Royal, VA, dedicated to handling old computers, racks, and servers by wiping data for resale or destruction and metal recovery. This teamwork-oriented environment requires strong attention to detail, as you will be sorting materials. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, and steel toe or composite boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
