Field Service Technicians are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through installing, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on compressed air equipment. As Field Service Technician, you will: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities Consult with and advise customers on compressed air equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs Document work performed using designated forms and submit reports to appropriate business units in a timely manner Coordinate with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, Parts and Sales Departments to facilitate service to customers Other tasks as needed or assigned About You The Field Service Technician opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record 2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills Effective written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal/customer service skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Keen attention to detail The Field Service Technician opportunity may be an ideal match for you if you also have the following qualifications: 1+ years' compressed air system maintenance and troubleshooting experience 1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr
