• Hours/week: Approximately 36-40 hours

• License/Certs: Florida RN license, NBRC Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certified No FNP/PNP accepted
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as NNP; not suitable for new graduates

What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill newborns in a busy Level III NICU
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Monitor patient conditions closely, manage ventilators, and perform procedures as required
• Participate in rotating shifts across multiple hospitals within the healthcare system
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and family-centered care practices
• Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately and efficiently

What You Need

• Required:
  • Florida RN license and NBRC Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Board Certification
  • At least 2 years of recent NNP experience in a Level III NICU
  • Ability to work high-acuity cases and adapt to fast-paced environment
• Preferred:
  • Experience working in multiple hospital settings
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
