Role Overview Will work alongside other experienced Project Accountants to manage project accounting for jobs assigned once the budget has been approved and uploaded. The Project Accountant will be expected to maneuver through CMiC and be intimately familiar with the software and all aspects of subcontractor pay applications, disbursements, advances, and other paperwork needed for the full cycle project accounting. Responsibilities Project Accounting and dealing with contracts. Draw Preparation. Draw Analysis and Distribution. Financial Statement—monthly. Percentage of Completion. Monthly Accruals. Monthly Close-out. General Ledger Reconciliation. Waiver Collection, Processing and Preparation using CMiC software. Other Project Accounting, G702 and G703 billing. Required Qualifications CMiC experience and Project Accounting from a GC or Subcontractor. Construction industry experience acceptable in lieu of a degree. #J-18808-Ljbffr
