Human Resources Generalist

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an HR Generalist III to provide comprehensive human resources support across employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. The role involves collaborating with managers to implement HR initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and retention while ensuring regulatory compliance in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support for employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
• Collaborate with managers and leaders to implement HR initiatives that improve performance and retention
• Manage employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace investigations
• Support organizational change management initiatives and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment regulations, and company standards

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 3 years HR experience, or bachelor's degree plus 5 years HR generalist experience in matrix organization
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD highly desired
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and investigations
• Advanced proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with organizational change management and process improvement
• Manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience preferred

Compensation: $83,300–$125,000 base
