Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This urgent opening is for a Clinical IV Pharmacist to support a healthcare facility in Paragould, AR. This position is offered as a 3 to 6-month contract to hire, providing an excellent opportunity to grow within the organization.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Every 3rd weekend shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify IV medication orders with precision and attention to safety
- Prepare and mix IV medications in the clean room environment
- Perform various clinical pharmacy duties as assigned
- Apply strong clinical skills, including interpreting laboratory results
- Adapt to facility needs by providing flexible support across pharmacy functions
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an IV pharmacist
- Current and clear Arkansas pharmacist license
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Strong clinical acumen with the ability to interpret lab data
- Flexibility and willingness to assist in different pharmacy areas
