Community Liaison I: Rehab Access & Advocacy
REHAB Hospital of the Pacific
REHAB Hospital of the Pacific is looking for a Community Liaison I to identify potential patients and promote our rehabilitation programs. This role involves conducting pre-admission assessments and guiding patients through our services. The ideal candidate has a valid license in nursing or therapy, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the insurance landscape.
