Job Details:

• Join a collaborative team of 5 experienced Urologists and 4 dedicated NP/PAs
• Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with a 1:6 weekday and weekend call rotation
• Benefit from a flexible schedule with one day off every other week
• Engage in a comprehensive Urology practice covering a wide range of conditions
• Serve a diverse patient population, including adults and some pediatric/teen cases
• Participate in regional outreach clinics twice a month, expanding your community impact
• Work in a cutting-edge Urology office equipped with the latest technology and excellent staff support
• Contribute to the education of future medical professionals through teaching opportunities with students and residents
• Serve a regional service area of 460,000 with a metro population of 125,000
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
• Special interest in pelvic floor reconstruction or pediatrics is a plus
• Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
