Credit Officer II

Join the Bank of America HENFP Banking Group as a Credit Officer II, where you will provide expert advisory on complex, integrated debt capital solutions for 501(c)(3) not‑for‑profit clients including healthcare, universities, schools and cultural organizations. Responsibilities Provide capital structure solutions to clients. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients. Negotiate credit documentation. Manage the credit process for a portfolio of clients. Lead the credit and risk approval processes. Mentor and support associates. Qualifications 10+ years of commercial banking experience (Middle Market, Leverage Finance or Large Corporate). Strong communication skills and ability to communicate vertically, horizontally and externally. Experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management. Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring. Industry knowledge across multiple sectors. BA/BS degree required.
