Location: Lee Community Healthcare Inc - North Fort Myers - 13279 N Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33903 Department: HOD HB Family Medicine - NFM Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 4:00:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $34.97 - $45.46 / hour Summary Practice Director Family Medicine | Lead, Inspire, Transform Community Healthcare. Oversee a network of four Family Medicine practices providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. What You’ll Lead Executive-level oversight of operations across multiple Family Medicine practices Champion patient-centered primary care, access, and continuity of care Lead and develop practice managers and interdisciplinary care teams Drive quality metrics, value-based care initiatives, and population health outcomes Optimize workflows to support preventive care, chronic disease management, and same-day access Partner with senior leadership on strategic growth and service expansion in primary care Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in ambulatory Family Medicine Oversee budgets, staffing models, and operational performance Who You Are A results-driven leader with deep understanding of Family Medicine operations and a passion for delivering holistic, community-based care. You excel at balancing clinical quality, patient access, and operational efficiency across multiple sites. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field) Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) strongly preferred 5+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, ideally within Family Medicine or Primary Care Demonstrated success managing multi-site ambulatory or primary care practices Strong knowledge of value-based care, population health, and quality metrics Proven leadership in team development, provider engagement, and operational improvement Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and productivity management Computer proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheets, electronic health record, billing software Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to handle difficult conversations Responsibilities This position manages the patient experience at assigned practice(s), including: Overall effective performance of practice, managing staff and workflow development Patient schedule management, provider and staff engagement, patient experience, financial performance, and billing compliance Developing practice operational plans and budgets (capital and operations) Implementing performance improvement strategies within the practice Recruiting, developing, and supervising staff Applying effective communication strategies to solve complex situations and promote teamwork Reporting operational metrics to staff and providers Adapting to changes in workload, maintaining composure under stress, and working independently with minimal supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
