As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plumbing and mechanical projects from conception to completion. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of mechanical construction projects, from initial design and procurement to project completion and handover. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Prepare and monitor job cost reports, keeping track of project expenses and budget constraints. Procure materials and oversee their delivery and storage, ensuring that the right materials are available when needed. Implement and monitor quality control measures, ensuring all work adheres to the highest standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all team members. Manage design and build projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals. Oversee underground plumbing system installations Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven experience with project scheduling, job cost reporting, and material procurement. Demonstrable knowledge of quality control measures and safety compliance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
