OB/GYN Opening in Las Vegas Metro
PRACTICE OVERVIEW• Full-scope OBGYN practice with flexible 2, 3, or 4-day workweek options
• Shared 1-in-5 call rotation with dedicated laborist support
• Integrated care model featuring in-house Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and mid-level support
• Advanced technology including AI scribe systems and Da Vinci robotic surgical capabilities
• Partnership pathway available (no buy-in)
• Two established community clinic locations serving a rapidly expanding patient base
COMPENSATION OVERVIEW
• Competitive salary plus incentive = $500K first yr potential
• Busy providers average $550K-600K annually (4 day work week)
• $90,000 commencement and retention incntv
• Full benefits to include malpractice, tail, CME, PTO, 401(k), relo, student support , etc.
