Senior Analyst, Process Improvement

Analyze performance metrics across functional areas to identify trends and recommend improvements Develop and present reports to support informed business decisions Lead process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams to simplify operations and enhance efficiency Plan and execute change management projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption Monitor program performance, identify post-implementation issues, and implement sustainable solutions Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices Communicate with decision-makers to influence and drive strategic initiatives Partner with the Marketplace Seller Performance team to enhance seller outcomes, simplify workflows, and support continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 6 months’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area; or 2.5 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area Proven expertise in process improvement and organizational change management within complex business environments Strong analytical skills, including data collection, root cause analysis, and interpreting performance metrics Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from planning through implementation Excellent communication skills to influence decision-makers and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies Ability to translate technical solutions into practical business applications Experience monitoring program performance and recommending sustainable improvements Preferred: Leading a cross-functional team Preferred: Masters: Business Preferred: Six Sigma certification Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in process improvement and organizational change management, with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and drive strategic initiatives.
