Security Engineering Manager

Leading a team of security engineers, the full-time Security Engineering Manager will drive enterprise-wide security strategy, incident response, and vulnerability management while working remotely to protect critical business assets and foster a security-first culture. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop the Security Engineering team through technical leadership, coaching, and performance management Implement and maintain enterprise security strategies, policies, and controls that align with business objectives and regulatory frameworks Manage security operations, including incident response, threat detection, and continuous improvement of the organization's security posture Required qualifications: 4+ years of cybersecurity experience with prior people leadership or team management experience Strong expertise in enterprise security operations and vulnerability management Experience securing cloud environments, particularly AWS and/or GCP Demonstrated experience implementing security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and GDPR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
