RN Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our fast-paced surgical team. As an OR RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal patient care during surgical procedures. You will collaborate closely with skilled surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients in the operating room.

RN Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions throughout surgeries.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment, ensuring all surgical instruments and supplies are properly set up.
• Assist the surgical team during operations by offering support and expertise.
• Work alongside surgeons and the healthcare team to create and implement effective care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and recovery processes.

RN Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous Operating Room experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
