What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans that promote academic growth.

• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to learn.

• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic and developmental needs of all learners.

• Use a variety of instructional strategies and technology to keep students actively engaged.

• Monitor student progress and use assessment data to guide instruction.

• Foster strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

• Maintain accurate records and uphold school and state educational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

• Valid Ohio Teaching License for Elementary Education.

• Previous experience teaching elementary-aged students preferred.

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.

• Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learning styles and abilities.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences that support student success.
