Job Title: Labor and Delivery Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Obstetrics RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shifts Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 3 years in perinatal nursing License: Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: - Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) - Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP) - Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) - The STABLE Program - STABLE Learner (STABLE) Description: We are seeking a qualified Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a perinatal RN. An Associate degree in Nursing is required. An unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado is mandatory, or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and may be obtained upon hire. Candidates must also have the Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP) certification. Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certification is also required. Completion of The STABLE Program - STABLE Learner (STABLE) is mandatory. A Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing is preferred. Experience with EPIC is also preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is an added advantage. Candidates must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment at high elevation. Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. Housing options may be expensive, especially in winter months. Please consider housing options in surrounding towns. We are not accepting any requests for time off.
