About the Role Our multi‑faceted experiential design team is seeking thoughtful and innovative minds, skilled in visual communication, imaginative storytelling, and creative problem‑solving. As a member of the team, you will help bridge the gap between individual, brand, and the built environment to create inspiring experiences for our clients. You’ll address our client’s largest challenges and transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. What You'll Do Involvement in all phases of the design process from conceptual development through artwork production. Participate in recommendations for concept, design, art direction, and production for a variety of two- and three‑dimensional graphics, signage and exhibits. Under direct supervision and partnership with the environmental graphics team, design a variety of two- and three‑dimensional graphics, maps, print layouts for exhibits and signage. With guidance, work with selected clients and participate in the interpretation and translation of their expressed needs and ideas into concepts. Prepare photo visualizations and mockups of proposed signage for placement, content and/or usage. Prepare camera‑ready artwork for fabrication. Work with vendors/fabricators. What You'll Need Minimum bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, or a related design field required by hire date. Strong background in typography and previous related student internship experience highly valued. Must demonstrate skill and interest in 3‑dimensional design, wayfinding, exhibition design, and environments. Proficiency on Macintosh in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required; skills in AutoCAD and SketchUp a plus. Strong design orientation, communication skills, ability to collaborate well, and attention to detail are essential. Salary range: $24.99 to $28.11 hourly.
