What You’ll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work directly with local businesses to identify opportunities, build relationships, and generate new accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Learn and apply our proven sales process through structured training and field coaching
• Prospect and develop new B2B business within the Sacramento area and surrounding communities
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
• Build trust and establish strong, long-term customer relationships
• Generate new accounts through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship development
• Develop a consistent referral network and recurring book of business
• Manage your territory, appointments, pipeline, and daily activities independently
• Consistently work toward sales and income goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is  competitive, motivated, coach-able, and entrepreneurial , with a strong desire to build a rewarding sales career. *Must be located in Sacramento or surrounding area.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Previous experience in  outside sales, direct sales, B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish trust and rapport quickly with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to consistently follow through
• Coachable and willing to learn and implement a proven sales process
• Professional and persistent approach to prospecting and relationship building
• Active insurance license preferred , or willingness and ability to obtain the required license after hiring

Compensation & Employment Structure:

This is an  independent-agent opportunity paid exclusively through commissions and applicable bonuses/incentives . Earnings vary based on individual sales performance, production, and applicable renewal income.
