As a VIP Waitstaff team member, you will deliver personalized, high-touch service to members and guests within an exclusive VIP club, luxury bar, and upcoming upscale dining environment. This role is responsible for providing elevated food and beverage service while building meaningful guest relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and discretion. The ideal candidate is polished, service-driven, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for discerning guests. From expertly guiding menu selections to anticipating guest needs before they arise, VIP Waitstaff play an essential role in delivering a world-class dining experience.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $26.00. Benefits: Aramark offers comprehensive benefit programs and services for eligible employees including medical, dental, vision, and work/life resources. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized food and beverage service to VIP members and guests according to established luxury hospitality standards.
  • Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, answer questions, and make knowledgeable recommendations, including wine, cocktail, and menu pairings.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, daily features, beverage offerings, and special events.
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Build positive relationships with members and repeat guests by recognizing preferences and providing personalized experiences.
  • Coordinate with culinary, bar, and support teams to ensure seamless service and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Serve food and beverages according to service standards, ensuring proper presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction.
  • Perform tableside dish finishing services, including expert meat carving and flamb presentations, to deliver an elevated dining experience.
  • Support catering and banquet operations through professional tray-passing service, food and beverage distribution, and exceptional guest hospitality.
  • Adhere to all alcohol service policies and responsible beverage service guidelines, including verifying guest identification when required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of dining, lounge, and service areas throughout each shift.
  • Replenish food and beverage items as needed and assist with special events, private functions, and VIP experiences.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations.
  • Break down, clean, and sanitize service stations, dining areas, and equipment following service periods.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety procedures.
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality when serving high-profile members and guests.
  • Maintain a polished professional appearance and positive demeanor at all times.
  • Support special events, VIP functions, member experiences, and seasonal culinary programs as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, private clubs, upscale restaurants, hotels, or premium guest service environments preferred.
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a hospitality-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and luxury dining service standards preferred.
  • Ability to remain composed, attentive, and professional in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Must be able to obtain required food safety and alcohol service certifications.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
  • This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
