Unit Manager (Nursing)

Join our team as a Unit Manager and lead the delivery of high-quality resident care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The Unit Manager provides clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and best nursing practices. This role works closely with the Director of Nursing, medical providers, residents, and families to coordinate care, support staff development, and promote positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on all shifts.

• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate resident care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

• Conduct resident rounds, review clinical records, and follow up on care concerns.

• Participate in care planning, clinical meetings, and provider rounds.

• Investigate and resolve resident, family, and staff concerns.

• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.

• Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.

Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of employment.

• Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of current nursing practices, regulations, and healthcare technology.

• Commitment to exceptional resident care and customer service.
