Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care

Location: Signal Mountain, TN Facility: Alexian Village of Tennessee Department: Skilled Nursing Schedule: Nights and PRN Salary Range: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Delivers hands‑on nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and routine assessments. Supports RNs by monitoring resident conditions and promptly reporting changes. Builds consistent, trusting relationships with residents and families in a long‑term care setting. Detail‑oriented, compassionate, and committed to resident safety and comfort. Minimum Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
