Asset Manager

Conduct formal continuous improvement analysis and/or implementation projects for top asset owner clients Work directly with client contacts and relevant State Street contacts on projects varying in complexity and scope Drive execution of client initiatives across external and internal stakeholders, levels, and clients Create and regularly distribute project updates to key stakeholders Maintain project plans Present Continuous Improvement project concepts and/or results in client meetings using PowerPoint Perform business analysis governance or ad hoc project activities as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 10+ years’ experience preferred Knowledge of Core State Street technology platforms used by institutional clients, such as MyStateStreet.com and eCFM Experience working with asset owner clients is a plus PMP certification or desire to achieve PMP certification is desired but not a requirement Ability to work collaboratively across clients and multiple business groups and organizational levels while also acting independently Ability to quickly and effectively absorb new concepts and business knowledge Strategic and analytical thinking Strong written and presentation communication skills Agile and adaptable to change Proven strong project management performance Travel for occasional client meetings may be required Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in project management and continuous improvement analysis, with a strong ability to collaborate across various stakeholders and effectively communicate project concepts and results.
