Sr Field Inspector

**STV is seeking Sr. Field Inspector to join the firm based in our New York City, NY offices.****These positions will report to Field offices****\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*This position must have the flexibility to work shifts as needed including swing, night, or weekends\\*\\*\\*\\*\\*****JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** include, but are not limited to, the following:* Perform inspections on existing conditions, work being performed, and completed work for quality, completeness, and accuracy.* Prepare written documentation, including daily work reports, controlled inspection reports, daily time and material records, and document unit price work.* Review and mark plans and specifications as needed to ensure and track compliance with the work performed.* Observe work conditions for compliance to applicable safety regulations.* Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously; and follow through on projects to successful completion.* Communicate with various parties on the progress of the work in a timely manner.* Other related duties and tasks as required.**QUALIFICATIONS** include, but are not limited to, the following:* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field preferred* 10 or more years of experience in construction supervision/inspection* Prior experience with rail, tunnel, structural, station preferred* Prior experience with substations preferred* Advanced certifications preferred (NICET, ACI, etc.)* Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time* Must be authorized to work in the United States* Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)Compensation Range:$133,635.31 - $152,726.06**STV offers the following benefits** • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Back-Up Dependent Care • Parental Leave • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society Memberships #J-18808-Ljbffr STV Incorporated
