The Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years of corporate, business, or transactional law experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Active Ohio law license required.

• Familiarity with corporate governance, business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Exposure to real estate transactions and corporate compliance matters is a plus.
• Strong drafting, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client matters.
• A collaborative, client-focused professional who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
