As a HUMINT Targeting Specialist, you’ll bring your targeting and analytical expertise to directly improve critical operational outcomes for our Defense mission clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor and share knowledge and findings that have a direct impact on the ability of our warfighters and policymakers to advance the defense interests of the United States. You Have: 3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting Experience writing Cables or IIR's Knowledge of the DoW and wider IC Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level Experience navigating complex mission sets with DoW and non-DoW federal departments and agencies Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR Completion of specialized training such as SIGINT or OSINT training Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
