Commercial Financial Analyst

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst based in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). The Commercial Financial Analyst is responsible for contributing to the North America Finance team, supporting the commercial activities of the North America market including assisting with the sales budget/forecast process, pricing strategy, ad hoc analysis, and partnering with North America leadership.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $70,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

What you will do

• Assist with all monthly Commercial Finance reporting requirements, including variance analysis to budget/forecast, and messaging to North America leadership team
• Coordinate reporting and forecasting rhythms in cooperation with Finance leadership
• Support annual budget and planning processes for all the functional Commercial budgets. Ensure adherence to Group timelines and requirements
• Partner with the Commercial senior leadership to develop realistic financial plans and measure performance on a monthly basis against budgets
• Prepare business cases to support new investments and/or strategic initiatives

What we require

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar analytical discipline
• Relevant work experience or past Finance, Accounting or FP&A internship
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance principles

What we prefer

• Exposure to OneStream and SAP (or similar ERP system)
• Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) reporting
• Participation in a financial leadership development program, rotational program, or campus finance organization
• Manufacturing or multinational environment exposure
