The Support Services Business Unit is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in Bellevue, WA .

What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and end-user support for Microsoft Windows environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and applications
• Support Microsoft Office and other common (and not-so common) business and engineering applications
• Respond to and track support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
• Maintain organized inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment
• Collaborate with other IT staff to support infrastructure and operational initiatives

What You BringRequired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience supporting a Microsoft Windows work environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting desktop hardware, and software applications
• Ability to travel to other offices in our Puget Sound Region around 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Help Desk or Service Desk experience
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management tools
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation practices
• Technical certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, etc.)
