We're seeking motivated, service-driven individuals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives . In this role, you'll connect with clients who have requested information, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service while helping working families protect what matters most.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

• Provide exceptional customer service and client support.

• Educate clients about life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Build long-term client relationships through trust and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up documentation.

• Participate in weekly coaching, training, and leadership development.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team.

• Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
