Description

Job Duties:

• Assist Management team with production reporting and forecasting
• Print all production grower tags for each job
• Print/Create Production WO's and Picking sheets for YP plants
• Populate and maintain Production forecast on TEAMS format
• Post WO's with correct quantities and product locations
• Communicate with our Production team and Supply Planning team to rectify inventory issues
• Escalate work order errors to Supply Planning team for WO corrections and accuracy
• Help coordinate production schedule for your facility
• Post all completed Work Orders for production
• Post all completed Work orders for grower jobs
• Verify inventory counts of work orders when +/- is 10% of plan
• Audit the use of grower tags and re-print and correct if missing
• Oversee the scanning of production to locations
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Proficient using Excel and Word documents
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational skillset in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means
• Adapt to changes quickly and help redirect the production schedule

Physical Environment & Requirements:

• Climate controlled office or home office environment
• Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talking
• Frequently requires sitting, standing, fine dexterity, and handling
• Occasionally requires walking, climbing stairs, lifting (up to 20lbs), carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouching
• Rarely requires climbing
