Property Management Cleaner

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Must be able to: Sweep, wax and/or polish floors; dust/polish woodwork; dust vents; clean/scrub kitchen appliances and bathroom items such as sinks, toilets, tubs, and cabinets; wash windows; vacuum carpets/floors. Use appropriate tools and chemicals for these tasks.
• Cleans the office, clubhouse, and restrooms prior to open of business daily.
• Cleaning and maintains models on a daily basis.
• Cleaning of corporate unit(s), if applicable.
• Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by supervisor.
• Keeps all vacant units fresh and odorless.
• Clean and maintain all laundry facilities on a daily basis.
• Pick up trash, debris, limbs, etc. from grounds and/or breezeways.
• Advise supervisor(s) when equipment, building(s) or structures are faulty or non-working, deteriorating, and/or causing unsafe environments for residents and/or staff.
• Perform additional duties requested by supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Driver's License and valid car insurance
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
• Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning
• Positive Can-Do Attitude
• Excellent Attendance

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 8AM – 5PM
• May need to work overtime
