About the Job Lead daily operations as a Store Supervisor, accountable for operational excellence in executing store procedures, payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control. Support the Store Manager in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plans with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment. Responsibilities Drive process adoption, opening and closing the store as a visible service leader and support resolution of customer concerns. Assess and strategize performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPIs). Assist in interviewing, hiring, training and retaining store team members. Support onboarding for new hires, educating on beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge and selling culture. Execute flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommending merchandising adaptations. Ensure sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes and complete business directives such as price changes, retickers, RTVs, markdowns and transfers. Prevent losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring policy compliance. Coach and develop staff to increase knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth. Manage minor employee relations issues, including performance management and hold associates accountable for Beyond Yoga and LS‑Co policies. Build relationships and foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment. Collaborate with store team and Home Office partners on community events, brand awareness, and engagement. Serve as a brand ambassador embodying and cultivating the company’s core values. Qualifications Progressive retail leadership experience with proven skills in supervising, coaching, and training. Self‑starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools, and adaptable to new initiatives. Strong teamwork and communication skills aligned with an inclusive culture of belonging. Requirements Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform essential job functions such as standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching overhead.
