# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Nurse – North Carolina**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Asheville, North Carolina **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Variable schedule with call required; may include rotation to other departments as needed**Highlights:** - Work in a large 815-bed hospital facility supporting a diverse surgical caseload- 1:1 patient ratio ensures focused, high-quality patient care- Broad surgical service lines including general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma- Electronic documentation system using Cerner EMR- Scrubs provided by the facility- Opportunity to expand clinical skills across multiple surgical specialties**Requirements:** - Current RN license in North Carolina (or eligibility for licensure)- Broad surgical nursing knowledge with experience across multiple service lines- Demonstrated experience in general surgery, GYN, robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, burn, and trauma procedures- Flexibility to work variable schedules and participate in on-call rotation- Ability to float to other departments as needed**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This operating room position offers the chance to work with a wide variety of surgical specialties in a large, well-equipped facility.
