Castle Biosciences Inc. is hiring a full‑time Clinical Services Client Services Associate based in Phoenix, AZ. Start date: July 15, 2026. Responsibilities include: Facilitating tissue acquisition process and coordinating with outside laboratories Processing order‑ and fax‑related documentation with accurate tracking of all orders and materials received Delivering general customer service support by responding promptly and professionally to routine requests via phone and electronic communication Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent One year of administrative experience Schedule Monday – Friday in office from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (exempt position).
