Account Executive - Building Automation/HVAC Controls

Position Overview We are hiring a Sales Account Executive to lead aggressive sales growth in our region, focusing on owner-direct sales and the plan & spec market for building automation and HVAC controls. Responsibilities Drive aggressive sales growth and pursue new business opportunities across the region. Engage with owners and planners to sell building automation and HVAC control solutions. Must Have 2+ years of sales experience in Building Automation/HVAC Controls. Owner-direct and/or plan & spec sales experience. Experience selling product lines such as Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Distech, Delta Controls, Honeywell, Automated Logic, Trane or other. Nice To Have JCI product line experience. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Competitive Base Salary DOE + Strong Commission/Incentive Plan. Comprehensive Benefits Package. 401(k) with match. Generous PTO. More.
