Desktop Support SpecialistLocation: Rocky Mount, NCDuration: 6 Months (Onsite)Seeking for a Desktop Support Specialist, where you'll provide essential support to our Client Services Operations. Your role will involve addressing a high volume of Service Desk requests, managing hardware installations, and offering customer software support. You'll work closely with the Client Services Team to ensure client satisfaction and organizational success.Responsibilities:Lead projects by directing the work of others and integrating team skills for success.Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures, ensuring they align with Operational and Service Level Agreements.Implement IT Security Office requirements to protect data from unauthorized access or usage.Must-Have Skills:7 years of experience with computer hardware, software, peripherals, and networking protocols.Proficiency in installing and imaging new computers and loading software.Experience in setting up local and network printers and configuring peripherals.Skilled in data migration and user profile management.Ability to document technical field support processes and procedures.Knowledge and working experience with the ServiceNow call tracking system.
