Work 2–20 hours weekly in 2–4 hour shifts starting after 3:00pm during the school year and as early as 8:30am during the summer. Services available any day of the week. Develop and implement Individual Support Plans. Deliver and monitor behavior analysis services. Submit weekly clinical progress notes within 24hours of service provision. Complete intake data assessments. Collect and display data (e.g., graphics) as authorized by a recipient’s behavioral analysis service plan. Comply with service authorization, including time frames and service hours. Implement interventions in the Individual Support Plan. Implement behavioral procedures for acquisition of replacement skills and reduction of problematic behaviors. Carry out treatment as designated by the supervising behavior analyst, including facilitating environmental arrangements, using proactive strategies, teaching and developing new skills, and managing specific consequences for behavior based on function. Help increase ADL (Assisted Daily Living) skills for children or youth within their home and during community outings. Assist parent/guardian in implementing the treatment plan. Assist the behavior analyst in training caregivers and/or staff. Prevent, recognize, and intervene in crises. Ensure all agency policies are implemented and followed. Qualifications Must have completed the free CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification course or be able to complete it within 6 months of hire. Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field. 2–4 years experience in behavioral healthcare (maladaptive behaviors). 2–4 years experience working with children with disabilities (developmental/intellectual disabilities, mental illness). Valid NJ driver’s license and proof of car insurance. Consent to and pass State/Federal criminal background checks. Bilingual (Spanish speaking) – welcome.
