OT - Acute Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

• Day shift position working 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 1 weekend shift required per month
• No call requirements
• 20-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Primary patient population is geriatrics
• Common diagnoses and treatments include stroke and orthopedic conditions
• Must have experience working with adult population
• Hospital experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certification: OTR
• Required education: MS OTR
• EHR system: Epic
• Scrub color: Teak
• Flexible and collaborative personality a strong fit for this role

This acute inpatient rehabilitation facility operates a 20-bed unit dedicated to helping patients recover from strokes, orthopedic conditions, and other diagnoses requiring intensive rehabilitation. The facility utilizes Epic as its electronic health record system and maintains a 5:1 patient-to-therapist ratio to ensure quality care. The team values flexibility and collaboration in delivering individualized rehabilitation services to a primarily geriatric patient population.
