Job Description

An established employer is seeking a  Warehouse General Labor – Lumper to support daily material-handling and warehouse operations. In this role, you will stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds while maintaining an organized and safe work area. This position requires consistent physical activity throughout the shift, attention to detail, and the ability to adjust to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds accurately and safely.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility using 5S practices.
• Support changing operational needs while managing multiple assigned tasks.
• Complete additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the position start date.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift .
• Steel-toe footwear is required at the time of start.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members throughout the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to sudden changes in operational goals or demands.
• Detail- and results-oriented.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out simple instructions.

The base pay range for this position is $18.50excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
