Restaurant Manager

About the Role:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. This leadership role supports the Assistant General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of Lido Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining Four Seasons service standards, and developing a high-performing team.

What You Will Do:

• Support the daily operation of Lido Restaurant, a three-meal dining venue, ensuring seamless service execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant team members to uphold Four Seasons standards of excellence.
• Foster a culture focused on delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of restaurant employees.
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and productivity to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Maintain high standards of food, beverage, wine, and service knowledge throughout the team.
• Collaborate with culinary and restaurant leadership to execute menus, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Support inventory management, purchasing controls, and cost-containment initiatives.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of three years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and wine programs.
• Proven leadership experience managing, motivating, and developing large teams.
• Experience with labor management, cost control, and financial accountability.
• Hospitality Management degree preferred; equivalent luxury hospitality experience will be considered.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-Time (early mornings, days, evenings, or weekends.)
