Reports To: Clinical Leadership 1. POSITION SUMMARY This position provides general obstetrics and gynecology services within a hospital affiliated practice. The role includes participation in a collaborative women s health program supported by established clinical resources and advanced technology. 2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide inpatient and outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care
• Perform general OB/GYN procedures
• Participate in call rotation
• Utilize available surgical technology
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, advanced practice providers, and multispecialty colleagues
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives 3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Physician with qualifications in Obstetrics and Gynecology 4. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (None stated)5. COMPETENCIES • Clinical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills
• Effective communication with patients and multidisciplinary teams
• Professionalism and ethical clinical practice
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multispecialty environment 6. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide general OB/GYN services across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage obstetric and gynecologic conditions
• Participate in a structured call rotation
• Utilize available surgical and diagnostic resources

• 1:5 call rotation
• Standard inpatient and outpatient clinical hours 10. REPORTING STRUCTURE This position reports to Clinical Leadership and collaborates with OB/GYN and multispecialty teams across the organization. 11. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Competitive compensation with high six figures earnings potential
